Description
This project consisted of developing a pilot line designed to test the packaging of sauces and dense products. The main test took place with a chocolate spread, demonstrating the line's full capacity to carry out the complete filling, capping and labeling cycle in a test environment.
To ensure the ideal fluidity and homogeneity of the product, the solution incorporates a lung tank with agitation, ensuring filling at a constant temperature of 32 to 33°C. Given the natural difficulty of cleaning this type of product, AFINOMAQ has incorporated a CIP system (Clean-In-Place), guaranteeing the complete and rigorous sanitization of the entire line between each batch of tests.
