How do you prevent wrinkles or air bubbles from appearing on the label?
Our stations include advanced smoothing systems - consisting of brushes, sponge rollers or belts - which guarantee perfect adhesion and the total elimination of encapsulated air.
Can the machine apply a front label and a back label at the same time?
Yes. By configuring the module with multiple dispensing heads, it is possible to apply a label, back label, seal and even choker in a single product pass.
Does the millimeter accuracy hold when the line is operating at full speed?
Yes. The control systems and servomotors ensure that label distribution and synchronization with the movement of the bottle remain absolutely stable at high cadences.
How do I ensure that unlabeled packages are not sent to the end customer?
We equip the outlets with optical sensors or artificial vision cameras. If a package doesn't have the correct label, the system triggers an automatic rejector that removes it from the flow.
