The LMB is a rotating monoblock that combines the functions of filling and capping liquids in small volumes (10 ml to 250 ml) in a single unit. It was developed for highly demanding environments where precision, hygiene and efficiency are essential. Compact, robust and versatile, it guarantees high productivity and reduced downtime, while maintaining total reliability in continuous processes.

The LMB can be equipped with two types of flow meter, selected according to the type of product to be filled:
  • Electromagnetic flowmeter: recommended for conductive water-based liquids in small volumes, such as light lotions, tonics, fluid shampoos, liquid soaps, household detergents, non-alcoholic disinfectants, mouthwash, aqueous pharmaceutical solutions, diluted fertilizers or plant protection products, condiments and fluid sauces. It offers accurate and stable volumetric measurement, with no moving parts, ideal for low to medium viscosity products. It is low-maintenance and reliable even at high rates, making it the preferred solution for conductive product lines.
  • Mass flow meter: suitable for non-conductive or more viscous liquids, such as cosmetic oils, oily serums, solvent-based essences and fragrances, fine lubricants, glycerin, dense syrups, thick cosmetic emulsions, additives and fluid technical paints, oily condiments and other small-dose products. It measures real mass with an accuracy of up to ± 0.1 % of the reading, and is independent of density, temperature or viscosity, guaranteeing consistent micro-dosing even in denser products.
