Complete Line for Soups with Solids
Description
This project consisted of an automated line for soups, integrating a cup dispenser, hot filling, heat sealing and capping. The central challenge was to guarantee the exact dosage of products with large solid particles (beans and vegetables) without clogging or damage.
AFINOMAQ has overcome this with the implementation of flowmeters designed for solids, allowing for accurate dosing without variations, while maintaining the integrity of the ingredients at high temperatures.
The cycle closes with a double safety lock (film seal and automatic lid), guaranteeing absolute watertightness and the freshness of the soup.
