Description
This complete line project (filling, capping and labeling) for detergents was challenged by the product's strong foaming and chemical aggressiveness.
AFINOMAQ has integrated electromagnetic flowmeters and plunging nozzles for bottom-up filling, eliminating foam and ensuring accurate dosing. To ensure maximum longevity, the entire structure and seals use anti-corrosive materials.
The cycle ends with precision capping and millimeter labeling adaptable to irregular packaging, resulting in a clean and highly efficient operation.
